My name is Marta, Euro Look Medical Spa, and we are in Cleveland, Ohio. I have been in practice for about five to six years, and my practice has been all around me. So we are at the point where we would like to scale our practice — we just need some help hiring people, bringing on board new staff members, and implementing upgraded structure and rules.
I like how friendly everyone is. It is nice to learn about everyone, share ideas and thoughts that make it easier to implement in my practice. I like how everyone from MSPA is available and within reach, so we can always schedule a meeting or a call. They get your questions answered and they do walk you through the next step.
That’s what makes it so easy and predictable. Where to start, how it is going, what’s next — the guys have been super helpful in that. I’m very excited to see what the future holds for us, and I do believe these guys will help us scale and get to another level.

We went from paying our business to stay open to taking a paycheck home.

I’m a solo provider. I started in aesthetics as a side hustle and had no business acumen — I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was at a point where I thought I was going to have to give it up altogether. I couldn’t get the money to make sense. I didn’t know how to scale my business, and I felt like I was working on something that was just costing us money. Working harder, not smarter.
We saw a change in the first month. We went from paying our business to stay open to being able to take a paycheck home. Game changer. Life changer.
The trainings are very real-world — reasonable steps that can be taken to scale up. I find the community really supportive, and relatable. A lot of us are coming from similar backgrounds and having similar struggles. It’s nice to be in a community where I feel seen, but also where I can have a conversation with somebody and take an idea back to my own practice.
More time for our family, and more of a sense of accomplishment and motivation to do more. Thank you so much for giving me the guidance and the confidence I needed to really pursue my dreams.

We all want each other to win.

My name is Tivarri Eagleton, and my med spa is Jeuje Aesthetics. We’ve been in business a little over two and a half years. Zhoosh is a unique word that means to improve something with a small change, and that’s our philosophy.
Starting a business, being an entrepreneur — it’s usually this entrepreneurial spirit where you want to do something, you have a vision, and I needed someone to partner with to help me realize that vision. They’ve done a great job doing that. I think about it like a house. They’re helping me with the structure of the house, and then I can do the things to keep that structure and make it pretty.
The main thing I love is that I feel like I’m part of a community who understands. Sometimes being a business owner can be very lonely, but having that community and the transparency — there’s no competition between us. We all want each other to win, so we can all leverage what we’re doing and succeed together.

I miss me.

I needed help trying to make the business work smarter so that I don’t have to work as hard as I’m working. I’m fairly happy with where we’re at in our business, but I just needed a life preserver.
I miss me. I miss doing things that I like to do. I’m exhausted from working so hard, so I just need help.
I think the community’s great. There are a lot of really amazing business owners here. We’re all just trying to figure it out. Running a business is hard. We’re trying to find that balance of providing a good service to our customers, but also remembering that we have to prioritize us and our families as well.
My next goal is just to get my systems and processes in order so that my business can run without me being at everybody’s beck and call 24/7.

How to actually run a business, not just be a clinician.

I’ve been in business for five years. Through MSPA, I’ve learned how to actually run a business, not just be a clinician. Daily KPAs for each staff member, to make sure we’re doing all the actions that will get the business to where it needs to be to reach my goals.
The community is outstanding. It’s one of my favourite parts of MSPA.
In the next six months to a year, I want to be fully staffed and able to take off a whole month every July.

More becoming a boss, not the person doing everything.

When I decided to be in my practice full time — when I left the hospital and decided to really go all in on aesthetics — that was almost a year ago.
Since joining MSPA I have gained the business knowledge I was lacking. Coming from a medical world, I just knew how to be a cog in a wheel in a hospital. It’s been great to learn on my own, think outside the box, and grow something for myself with the help of people who have done it before me.
The workshop has been very beneficial. I learned a lot of things that I can easily take home and implement that will make my life a lot easier. It’s like-minded folks trying to scale their businesses, and everybody’s welcoming and just wants to help each other out.
I’d like to not be the one wearing all the hats, which I slowly have been taking off and delegating to others. More becoming a boss, and not the person doing everything.

Now I see the roadmap.

My name is Robert Cepero, and I am the owner of Lyf Aesthetics. We’ve been in business three years now.
I needed guidance. I knew what I needed to do — I just didn’t know how to get there and how to articulate that. Now I see the roadmap of what needs to happen for me to get to where I need to get to. To have it spelled out the way they did throughout the weekend was phenomenal.
George, David and Lexie are amazing. They have hearts of gold, but the true value always comes in the community, and the perspective everybody’s able to bring — like-minded people together.

They're hands-on. They help you implement.

Six years in July. We kind of reached a plateau, and I needed to get over that plateau, and also scale and hire some people. I just needed additional counsel to get to that next level.
It’s different from any other consulting. I have tried other consultings — the difference is they’re hands-on. They help you implement. A lot of them will just tell you what to do, and then it’s your job to implement it. That’s the difference here. To get in there and really dig in, and help you where the client really needs it — maybe that push or that guidance — that’s where they differentiate themselves.
George brings the psychology, the cause-and-effect mindset. David brings the sales component. Lexie brings the marketing. Robert was a really nice plus with a financial way of looking at your numbers. It’s all valuable. It’s all important.
We are definitely going to create our story, and then work on our numbers to find out what our true profit is, and change things there.

We have all been re-inspired.

We’ve been in business just over seven months. I feel like we were missing pieces of connecting the team, and the very first moment I met David and Lexie, they filled that gap immediately. I stopped everything I was doing and hunted down our doctor and said, “You have to follow me. We have to meet them. This is our missing link to put our team back together.”
We have all been re-inspired, and from all the trainings that we have weekly and implement — I’ve sold multiple packages in just the three weeks of being with the team.
Being here with the camaraderie of the group, and meeting all the team leaders, has really driven home everything they’ve already been teaching us. It’s everything that you don’t see from actual med spas. Everyone’s very protective, they’re not willing to share information — and this is a different dynamic that I think everyone needs to embrace. You’re bringing people in, it’s a community, and you’re helping support others.
Next level is taking everything we’ve had and teaching it to the rest of our team so they can all be re-inspired.
About these stories
These are individual member experiences, filmed at MSPA Conference and published with each member's permission. Most describe what changed in how they run their practice — clarity, systems, a team that holds, and not carrying it alone. Those are the outcomes we work toward with every member.
Where a member mentions a revenue figure, that figure is their individual result and is not typical. Outcomes depend on implementation, staffing, market and starting position. MSPA makes no guarantee of revenue, profit or business outcome. Read the full earnings disclaimer.
